NOHI NATURAL e-gift card

Validity

The NOHI NATURAL e-gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will expire.

Receipt

After payment, you will receive the e-gift card directly in your inbox, with a link that allows you to view your current balance at any time. Have you not received the e-gift card? Please send an email to hello@nohinatural.com, and we will assist you further.

Right of withdrawal

By ordering the e-gift card, you agree to immediate delivery. Since the e-gift card is delivered digitally and instantly, you waive your right of withdrawal and cannot cancel the purchase.

Spending

You can spend the e-gift card on one or more orders. If the purchase amount is lower than the balance on the e-gift card, the remaining balance will automatically remain for a subsequent order until the expiry date. If the purchase amount is higher than the balance, you can pay the difference using another payment method, or supplement it with a second e-gift card. You can combine multiple e-gift cards in one order.

The balance of your e-gift card will be applied to the total amount of your order, including shipping costs. No distinction is made between products and shipping.

Check balance

You can check your balance in two ways: via the link in the email you received at the time of purchase, or in the checkout, where your balance is immediately visible once you enter the e-gift card code. After use, you will also receive a confirmation email with the remaining balance.

Where valid

The e-gift card is valid in all countries where NOHI NATURAL delivers.

Combining with discounts

You can combine the e-gift card with a discount code.

What is not possible

The e-gift card is exclusively redeemable for products in the NOHI NATURAL webshop and cannot be converted into cash or refunded to your account. You cannot purchase a new e-gift card with an e-gift card.

Returns

If you return a product that you partially or fully paid for with an e-gift card, the portion paid with the e-gift card will be refunded as credit to your e-gift card. If you paid the remaining amount with another payment method, that portion will be refunded via that payment method.

Liability

NOHI NATURAL is not liable for any damages in case of loss, theft, or misuse of the e-gift card (code).
