People
Making better clothing should never come at the expense of the people who make it. That's why we work with production partners who adhere to recognized, independent auditing compliance standards for working conditions, safety, and ethical production practices.

All our production partners are GOTS-certified and audited according to the amfori BSCI system.
GOTS is a product certification: it verifies that textiles are truly organic and processed responsibly, from raw material to finished product. It also checks for minimum social requirements throughout the entire chain, including for farmers and spinning mills, not just the garment factory. Amfori BSCI is not a certification but an audit/monitoring system, and it specifically focuses on working conditions in the factory where our product is made (wages, working hours, safety, child labor, etc.). In short: GOTS checks working conditions throughout the entire supply chain (including farmers); BSCI specifically focuses on the factory where our product is made. Together, they cover both the broader chain and the direct production location.

CO₂ Emissions
Our production facility in Turkey runs entirely on its own solar energy system. The generated solar energy not only meets its own energy needs, but surplus energy is also fed back into the local electricity grid. In this way, our production partner contributes to lower CO₂ emissions and a production process with a smaller ecological impact. We consciously choose partners who not only make high-quality clothing, but also take responsibility for how that clothing is produced.

Slow Fashion
We believe in clothing that you will enjoy wearing for a long time. Instead of seasonal main collections, we continuously release small drops in timeless colors that you can effortlessly combine with previous items from our collection. No fleeting trends, but beautiful minimalist and timeless pieces that can always be worn.

Well-thought-out, down to our packaging

Sustainability doesn't stop at the garment itself. The packaging bag your NOHI NATURAL outfit comes in and our shipping envelopes are both made from 100% paper, sourced from responsibly managed forests and verified supply chains (FSC-certified).

We don't make our clothes entirely from plastic, so we don't want to pack or ship them in plastic either. The paper is 100% recyclable. We deliberately chose not to print: a shame for our branding, but less ink means less environmental impact.
